Hi Ho' Mouse!

The resplendent Bari Phillips smoked the competition on her champion mare, Mouse, at the Central Alberta Rodeo Association Finals (CARA) in Tees, Alta.

Phillips won the CARA Season Leader Award for 2008 for 12 & under Barrels plus strapped on the silver buckle for the CARA Finals Champion Barrel Racer for 12 & under.

CARA, an amateur rodeo association, is family-oriented and one of the few clubs that actively encourages youth participation by staging junior events such as barrel racing, breakaway roping and steer riding.
