Western Art Oasis

At the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth

By Terri Mason

What was once called “Hall D” in the Roundup Centre has now been rechristened the Western Oasis
— a fitting name for the Western Art Show at the Calgary Stampede.

Doubled in size, the committee has chosen to combine art and tranquility to inspire the many collectors who stampede to this, the largest western art show in Canada. Restful, replete with plants and picture-perfect lighting for artwork and bronzes, the Western Oasis just might prove to be the most popular place at the ol’ Stampede!

For our fifth year and counting, Canadian Cowboy Country magazine is proud to continue our support and presentation of our custom buckle to the winners in the Artists Studios: Best of Show – Artists’ Choice, Best New Artist, Best 3D Artist, Best Flat Artist and Best Artisan.

Come on in and set a spell...

Be sure to stop in and visit these great western artists – who are also proud supporters of Canadian Cowboy Country magazine:
